Two soldiers, two deaths

Yvette Burridge doesn't like seeing her son's name on a t-shirt listing Iraq war dead. She feels it's exploitative. I wonder how she feel about Pat Tillman, especially now that the Army has launched a criminal investigation into his death, and the exploitation of Tillman's death by none other than The commander in chief:
Mary, the mother, complained to the Post that the government used her son for weeks after his death. She said she was particularly offended when President Bush offered a taped memorial message to Tillman at a Cardinals football game shortly before the presidential election last fall.

The fact that the federal gov't wrongfully used Pat Tillman's death for political advantage in no way makes it right for this t-shirt designer. I commend Mrs. Burridge for taking a stand and not allowing her son's death to be used to promote an ideology.
