Shorter Times of Acadiana cover story

Wear sunscreen. Shorter TOA "Local News": 666, 6/6/06, 06/06/06, 06/06/2006, who can tell the fuck difference when you're just as stupid as Kansas in August, where the corn is as high as an elephant's asshole? These people get paid for this. Not well, but you know, still. OH, and Gene? Gene Williams? How come your half-page bloviating apology for fucking up the Business Hall of Fame story isn't up on the website? I should think that would deserve a wide audience.

Gene's anti-sunburn tips:
1. Don't burn. Well, duh! Yes, it's common sense, but then if you had common sense you wouldn't be watching Desperate Housewives every Sunday night.
Could somebody explain what in the holy fuck he's talking about? Desperate Housewives? And yet (according to The TImes) missing American Idol is more devastating than Katrina.
He tries so hard to be witty but it just ain't happening.

The Times of late reminds me very much of a bad high school newspaper. At least the high-school newspapers my class did were good.
